TIMOTHY D. McMAHON graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Santa Clara School of Law (1984). He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Pharmacology with High Honors. He specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis in plaintiff's personal injury. Mr. McMahon has several verdicts and settlements that are among the largest in the state for the injury or claim involved. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) an invitation only organization which recognizes the top trial attorneys in the country. He currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Santa Clara County Trial Lawyers Association. He is AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell*. Mr. McMahon is rated Superb (10/10), a perfect score, by AVVO an independent lawyer rating service.
